You have good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish and English, as well as good knowledge of modern IT systems and programs. You also have Swedish citizenship due to the position being classified in a security class.
It is an advantage if you have knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Working closely with our client with a good ability to translate external governance into internal
- Operational governance

We will place great importance on personal suitability. As Chief of Staff at the Swedish Energy Agency, you need to be a communicative and confident leader focused on developing leaders, employees, and teams. You contribute to good relationships where you are curious, open, and collaborate effectively with both colleagues and external partners. You have good strategic ability and can quickly grasp complex issues and find it easy to make decisions that contribute to the entire organization. Your leadership is clear, and you are structured with good prioritization skills focused on delivery and results. We are looking for a leader with high integrity and strong drive.
